My Stay at the San Diego Marriott in Mission Valley

I spent this weekend in San Diego at the Marriott Mission Valley and my stay was incredible. As a traveller, my Instagram followers are always interested in the hotels I stay at so I’ve decided to start sharing with you guys a bit of insight on my lifestyle and the beautiful hotels I live in.

✈️

Checked in around 5pm with Zach who was very helpful and made sure my stay was enjoyable. At this Marriott, there’s no longer a Concierge Lounge so as a Platinum Elite Member you have access to the M Club Lounge.

Big shoutout to Brittany in the M Club Lounge for being a delight! Although the hors d’oeuvre were delicious, I wasn’t a fan of the desserts – the Cheesecakes and Carrot Cakes were dense!

The selection consisted of Dumplings, Pigs in blankets, Wings, Pita with Hummus, Crackers & Cheese, etc. Unfortunately, there weren’t any vegetarian or vegan options aside from the Pita with Hummus and Crackers — which I went crazy on!

I’m pretty sure because of all the hotels I’ve been to and the numerous breakfasts I’ve had, breakfast is nothing special for me! Nonetheless, I stopped by to see what was available.

The attendants were all very polite and helpful in making sure my needs were met; providing me with soy milk and what foods were vegetarian/vegan based. The selection was your typical hotel breakfast; ranging from Eggs, Bacon/Sausage, Pancakes/French Toast, Fresh Fruit, Yoghurt/Parfaits, Bagels and Pastries!

As for the rest of the amenities, make sure you checkout the Pool, Gym and Ping Pong Game Table.

Overall, my stay was lovely and I’ll definitely be back when I’m visiting San Diego; from the large rooms (which I didn’t get the chance to take a pic of) to the personable staff it was a 10/10 experience!

until next time, Sarah Princess
